I thought I'd stick up a couple of photos from the same location to illustrate how dense the haze can be in Hong Kong.

I couldn't resist snapping this shot from the Apple Store Hong Kong. I would have liked to take a couple more but I was copped after the first shot. Note the stalker flash reflection in the glass...I legged it!

A Rainy Day in SoHo

SoHo ( short for South of Hollywood Road ) is full of up-market international restaurants and bars but what I love about it is the street lined markets that open late into the night. A word of warning...watch out for the flying fish!

Sunday in Hong Kong is the helpers' day off. The streets can be seen thronged as they meet each other with picnics, playing cards and gossip. It's an amazing sight to see. Here is a photo I took last Sunday.

I took a few snaps around the Lotus Gardens at the Chi Lin Nunnery. The dragon flies were out in full force.

Bamboo is preferred over steel as a scaffolding for construction in China. Apparently it has a tensile strength of three times that in steel. It looks tasty too!

A comforting vision of Health & Safety practice!

eye and my climb

I made a trip to Victoria Peak on Hong Kong Island a while back. Thought I'd pop up a picture to show how outrageously dense the city is.
